Before beginning our Online Enrollment please have take note of the following important information:

In order to be eligible to take this course either online or in-person you are required to:
a.) Be a layman, Minister or Ordained minister for a minimum of 1 year.
b.) Have a deep desire to serve as a Chaplain.
c.) Be in good standing with a local congregation, ministry or community group.
Please have the following documents and items ready before beginning your online registration:

- A credit/debit card for payment of all registration fees. These fees MUST be paid at the conclusion of filling out the online enrollment form and enrollment will not be completed or received by our office without payment. Registration effective 11/1/2012 increased to $125 and is Non-refundable. Please see "class registration and refund policies" for further information by clicking HERE.
- All documents requested are attached to the application via "scanning". Please scan each document requested and SAVE it as a PDF document.
- A scanned copy of a Background Clearance Check which can be obtained through your local police station. (New York Residents, Please click here if you are still in need of a clearance for instructions.
- Coming Soon: Online Background checks will be offered here on our website.
- A scanned letter of reference from your local church, mosque, or from a local community organization in which you have good standing.
- A scanned letter of reference from an individual that has known you for a minimum of 1 year. This character reference should explain why you the individual familiar with you feels you would be a good candidate for becoming a Chaplain.
- A scanned copy of your Valid Drivers license or a valid State issued identification or passport.
- A scanned copy of your Ordination and/or Ministers license along with any certifications (if applicable.)
- A scanned copy of your resume or bio
