Johnola Morales is a Licensed New York State Social Worker; Reverend; Chaplain; Prophet; Youth Pastor; Author; Real Estate Agent; Adjunct Professor; Minority Business Owner; Early Intervention Specialist; Wife; Mentor and Mother.

She has over 25 years' experience dedicated to empowerment and improving the quality of life and well-being of individuals, groups and communities through applying her wide range expertise in the area of social work.



Johnola has been a leader in ministry over 25 years as well.  She has been ordained a missionary, evangelist, youth pastor and Elder.  She currently serves as an Elder, House Prophet, Head of Ushers, Youth Pastor and Education Coordinator at Nazareth Christian Fellowship in Brooklyn, New York.  She is a dedicated servant and has the gift of teaching and mentoring.



Having worked for non-profit organizations and The New York City Administration for Children Services, ("ACS") Johnola has experience in child development and has provided parental education in this field. She has facilitated workshops for day care teachers, foster parents, case workers and parents regarding child abuse and maltreatment. Once she left ACS she became an Early Intervention Specialist licensed and contracted through the Department of Health to work with Autistic and Developmental Delayed toddlers.

She went to numerous homes teaching and modeling developmental behavior to her clients.  She has a love and devotion to the underserved.  That love led her to her current position as a Program Director for Adult Protection Services, where she continues to protect and serve a vulnerable population.



Her ongoing passion and love to develop individuals, groups and communities to their fullest potential led Johnola to create ChaMorale LLC in 2009.  As a Visionary and Life Coach within her own company she has the opportunity to work with some of the greatest young adults, entrepreneurs and community leaders.  As a Youth Pastor she has had extensive training in crisis intervention, career development, team building and educational guidance.  She has mentored over 50 young women and continues to mentor and encourage through her sermons, books, and daily walk with God.

Johnola has written three spiritual books:  God’s Healing Hand, Coming Home to the Ten Commandments and Turning Point of Holiness. Continuing in her love of writing she is currently working on a novel.

 

Johnola has a loving husband, Deacon Morales and a daughter, Niya.  She is very dedicated to serving, teaching and developing those under her care.  Her greatest desire is to equip everyone with knowledge of themselves and their environment so that they will be able to make critical decisions.
